DATAS the asbestos record-keeping specialists have launched the latest version of ASSET, the computer software system that records asbestos survey details required by the Control of Asbestos at Work regulations and MDSH 100.

A simple to use software package, ASSET 2000 records asbestos survey details. The software is ideal for those who wish to produce easy to read registers aimed at ensuring that maintenance workers and the like are fully aware of asbestos risks. These registers show presumed, strongly presumed and identified ACM and recorded non-asbestos areas.

Combining data supplied by the client, the surveyor and the analyst, ASSET produces the general site & survey information section, survey report section and calculates the material assessment, as specified in MDHS 100. The software also generates blank survey forms for completion on-site, which can be used for data input to the program.
